Firstly they will select you and show the good salary amount, then in just some days they will terminate you. In the training period they should give the training, but the termination is the primary goal of this company.

People are polite here. They are also helpful. Work environment is good like socially.

...rk-life balance to achieve these targets and even then you can hardly make it. If you keep on failing your targets they will cut down your salary every month until you get nothing. ""If you can write 2600 words reports and all with extensive research of hours along side correcting your previously submitted work in a DAY, it is a job for you."" What they are doing is also unethical. In this role as an academic writer you will have to complete foreign students assignments, meaning you will have to go through what they have studied so far to correctly attempt the assignments like reports, case studies, PPT. If you do not do that your task will fail and that will cost some portion of your salary. Very challenging work environment here. My verdict is simple go got a another job or you shall leave it with the same review I have left for you.

The salary they offer is good and there is a constant reminder that 'you' are paid really well for this work and you need to perform well.

Dislikes

• There is no work-life balance. • They select you after 3 step interview process including training and once you are on board managers will make you feel you know nothing. • They say it's hybrid but you will be kept in WFH format, you need to submit the work on time. Also, they will not respect your WFH limitations and boundaries. • You will burnout in this job and learn absolutely nothing • The kind of work this organization deals in is unethical. • You can't even claim your work. • They will break your confidence as a writer. • Communication gap between you and your manager. You will be left perplexed end number of times. • Expert-level performance expectations from day one and zero mentoring on board. • No job security.
