I like many things at Wrangler. Taking challenges and make it happened by team work. I am able to motivate and inspire my team to achieve personal and financial goal. I enjoy in customer service by speaking with them. Talking with new people getting new ideas.

Growth is slow. Stock not getting as requirement.

This was my second job under franchise showroom ,but as the firms was big and we get the opportunity to be a part of varies brands and their work culture and change in product (Apparel & footwear), Brands like Live's .Puma, Adidas & W. Which was a good experience for me.

Dislikes

Shifts are too stressful as we have to start the day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with 4 members , which means only 3 members if someone take a day off and we have no more extra leaves.
