My opinion , I have worked in store.HO management is very poor of their work. They actually don't know how to work in systematic. No ISO standard maintain at site. Till now I don't know who is my reporting boss. Company is very good but Management is very poor.

Design persons work hard but not appresal not increment not good Salary excuse for problems. I suggest design related persons not join in company my 7 year experience this company but All management treat just like freser feel. Join in Retainership not permanent.
