The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team.and has a global client base . As a result I get to travel abroad.espcially iran, buton site travel is completely dependent on project and clients location. I like the employee re-hirepolicy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, and growth is slow, work pressure is very high.soetimes, I have work 14-18 hours staight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.i do receive appreciation emails from my client.there is no on jo training for fresher's,hence senior folks like me chance to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

1. No culture. 2. Very poor Salary and even more poor appraisals. 3. No technical fixed working standard. 4. No trainings and development activities for employees. 5. Maximum softwares are not purchased. 6. Lack of knowledge in employees.

My opinion , I have worked in store.HO management is very poor of their work. They actually don't know how to work in systematic. No ISO standard maintain at site. Till now I don't know who is my reporting boss. Company is very good but Management is very poor.
