- They provide good quality food during academic year starting and after that it comes down - Salary on time - Dr. Raul V Rodriguez is a great person. He works very hard to establish this University. He is really a great person. But many members of his team are incompetent. These members do less work and more other kinds of work. These members make group in the university and create fabricated stories of good hard working employees. Finally these good ones succumb to politics and left organisation. Also Veen Pula is great person. - Dr. Raul sir puts too much trust at his team members. And these members are using this trust in wrong way.

Dislikes

- The people who live inside campus do only politics but not work. -The people who live outside campus they need to travel so they don't get time of politics. - They have one Sister In Law of top authority. She only insult of educated faculty members. In fact, she is uneducated and not deserve such a responsible position. - Many top authorities don't have sufficient numbers of years of experience to lead the department. These authorities also do the investigative calls to other employees. These people thrive on their deployed spy in each department. - Each department has one person of higher office. This perticular person does less work and more other kinds of works. - You are fully monitored through cameras. - Hiring and firing is their best practices. - Incompetent leadership gets accommodation inside the campus while competent person live outside - Gender imbalance does exist. The other gender creates issue for good people. Try to understand this point. - Serious issue regarding quality of faculty. So numerous complaint by students about class room quality. - They give a lot of trouble during your notice period. - They don't have healthy work culture. - People do the fake complaints. Some people made fabricated stories to eliminate others to capture and control office. - Good people don't get what they deserve while others get what they don't deserve. -Each company has some pychopant. They have many jobs like circulating fake information, writing five star reviews, making fake friendships, demeaning others in front of top authorities etc. - They hire white and black people. Black people from Africa and White people not from America and Europe. All of them don't know anything about Indian education system. Indians do work on behalf of them. Some of them are only for walking and talking. - It is a university which hires PR people. These PR people even don't know about basics of the university. - These PR people make laughing comments about other good University. Well done job PR people. - They are obsessed with only promotion, but the real marketing. They show you everything but not the space where faculty members sit. - They show that they have 120+ international partners. Faculty members are not seeing any real benefits from them. 120+ are only for promotion and not adding any benefits to faculty, students, etc. - Nowadays, everybody knows the Business of Rankings. Rankings can be manipulated, influenced, and even purchased. Many Indian universities are doing all three games with all rankings from so many years.

there is no management,no professionalism i am sharing my personal views kindly do not join this university first of all the location is very far away from city approx 70 km from hyderabad if u opt to go with bus the total time you are dedicating to university is 7 a.m to 7 p.m .no professionalism,there is very high level politics they will always do partiallity between south and north people also they favour telgu group.second deans there are just like acting dean HR and VP can throw you out at any point of time without any valid reason nor any prior intimation and notice period no recognition no appreciation long working hours toxic enviornment its a scam running by some people dont get trapped

There are many things that I enjoy, including the support from leadership, food, the culture, the pay, and many more. I found out that some negative groups are writing unhelpful reviews. I worked there for more than 2 years, and I was a witness to lots of ups and downs with a positive mindset. We must at least leave a positive impression even though nobody is permanent. Having an opinion with a small group of people does not imply that the university as a whole or any one individual is bad.

Dislikes

Only the distance from the city, but yes, that also has an advantage; I got peace and a natural environment.
