there is no management,no professionalism i am sharing my personal views kindly do not join this university first of all the location is very far away from city approx 70 km from hyderabad if u opt to go with bus the total time you are dedicating to university is 7 a.m to 7 p.m .no professionalism,there is very high level politics they will always do partiallity between south and north people also they favour telgu group.second deans there are just like acting dean HR and VP can throw you out at any point of time without any valid reason nor any prior intimation and notice period no recognition no appreciation long working hours toxic enviornment its a scam running by some people dont get trapped

1. Designers get complete Creative Freedom to think out of the box and produce innovative concepts. 2. Designers are given the opportunity to work on all kind of designs like digital ads, brochures, print ads, Marketing collaterals, events to name a few 3. The marketing team provides designers with idea references and are supportive to the ideas that the designers give 4. Scope to learn and improve 5. Work pressure is not much ****Advise to New Designers: If you are used to working according to certain templates and do not know how to use your own creativity, then you will not be able to work at Woxsen.

Dislikes

...the organisation without even having the decency of giving a proper resignation. They just take the salary and stop coming for work. Action must be taken against such irresponsible designers!

Transportation - it is ok but very far from city . If you opt college bus 500 for bus . Transportation Staff are good , they will help Placements - 0 placements , you can take feedback from alumni , if someone will get job by their own preparation . They will directly say we are not responsible for placements . Sports - They will say it's a faculty , now a days they are charging for every ground . Cricket big ground maintenance 6000 box cricket 100 per hour , for sports competition 18000 for registration team registration , individual registration also have to pay . Students are not happy with it . Accommodation - rooms are ok . Single , double sharing , triple sharing . Accommodation is not there for faculty . You have to come from Hyderabad, Sangareddy , Zaheerbad. 6000 for transportation monthly. Hr - Campus HR Abhisikhta she is very rude , she don't know how to talk to faculty , staff. 20+ experienced faculty also she will treat rude. Hr department have no clue about how many rooms are vacant inside campus . She is very harsh to employees , she don't have any idea about hr responsibilities . Because of her so many faculty are suffering . Rise , ink & water ,Blueemberse - food is very costly , only Students will prefer , no faculty , no staff . Care & cure - 50/ consultation , bed charges 500 per 3 hrs , 2000 for sangareddy ambulance transportion . Library , washrooms - mini Oyo for students. Disciplinary committee - unnecessarily they will put dc for students for collecting money from students . Examinations - faculty will fail the students for collecting money . 5000 for paper (From students feedback)

Management is blind , they are not responding for faculty , staff , students well being .They will ask feedback to fill but there is no use for it. There are so many politics in internal departments . Like unkind Sankar thiwari, dean sos , he is saying himself to everyone he has removed 40+ faculty in Engineering dept , 30+ faculty left in sos because of his rude behaviour . Unkind Daya Shankar is the worst guy because of him so many are suffering . Management is not looking into ground reality . Those who are deserving will not get the appreciation . Those who will do bajana will get positions like dean unkind Sankar . His background is mechanical he don't have any experience in administration still he is ruling like dictator. Leave policy - 12 sl for year there is no Cl. If we want to take leave they will ask prior approval for sick leave . 20 EL - if we ask our leave after completion of syllabus. If faculty mother is not feeling well . They will not approve . They will say "leave is not a right it's a privilege" . If you want to do higher education (phd) they will not allow the faculty/ staff for permission. Vp is the slave of Unkind Sankar . Because both woxsen is loosing their fame . These two using woxsen for their personal growth. Unkind Sankar is playing with emotions , feeling of faculty . Do not choose woxsen 🙏

No universities are not providing accommodation and food,here they are giving all facilities to staff ,this is hats off to chancellor sir,thank you sir.
