...llogical reason like management has changed so we are terminating 20 ,30 people. Salary increment is also trap . They will increase your salary and before your 1st salary increment will be in your hand before that only they will you on the stupid reason.

I met few dedicated and hardworking people there, who taught me how do I do my work perfectly they trained me. And like many of us. But sadly they are not in this company anymore. The company has lost strongest pillars this year.

The office culture is bad, it's not an office, it's a place for eating and d®inking, the HR herself play politics, and when someone raises a serious concern, she ignore it and start questioning the person instead of listening to their feedback. The HR treats good employees badly, it's not just the HR, others also behave similarly. The HR's work is not like HR's work, the CEO has created a team of people around him who only show up for appearances and the HR is also a part of it. They have di®ty conversations on the floor especially with Hr, very vulg@r ones. They are happy with all these di®ty conversations. Literally, these are the conversations that make you feel ash@med and embarr@ssed. They have these conversations in front of the HR and especially for her, and the worst part is she like it. The work here is not productive, it's just for appearances. The poor ones who work realy hard gets nothing but insult. This is a terrible place for productive people, and for those who are interested in time-pass and gossip, it's heaven. People drink alcohol in the office, sometimes even during office hours, and they drink so much that there's no limit, they even p#e and vom!t on the desk. There's no sh@me or decency. They make noise all the time give bad words to each others. Please, don't join this place if you don't want your career to go down the drain.

It's worst for hardworking and dedicated employees and good for timepasers. If you are hard working than you will get lots of work pressure, hate , politics and depression. And for bootlickers it's heaven. Bootlickers can flirt with any female employee or even boys who looks cute or are of soft in nature. You can use abusive language, laugh out loudly make fun of others, can drink alcohol in office time and have a blast party after hours, disrespect office culture, call HR by anyones last name and can talk with her dirty in office hours on the floor (Btw she likes it too). If you are a good and hardworking person they will oppress you.
