Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Fake Promises No clear Policies Politics Head HR twists words as per her convenience and benefit, also management doesn't care regarding this as the head HR seems to be someone from the family of one of the owners.

How poorly treated people

Dislikes

They terminated me after only 3 months, despite my 2 years of experience. Think twice before joining this company while they are hiring based on spring boot micro services and they assigned project based on legacy technology. Freshers candidates don’t waste your time here.

Employees are supportive.

Dislikes

No work life balance Manager can ask you anytime to work. Management is not supportive. They will lay you off as per their suitability. You won't be given any notice regarding laying off.
