This company's staff should be in politics..They will hire you in a post & give you another work.. when I joined they said you are a manager.. you only have to do closing and manage your store & staff. But they force to do all the work including housekeeping.. and the company never stand for there staff.. even they will not give you the clearance when you resign from job.. & finally the hr department.. it's the worst of all...you will be a good staff here if you became chamcha of HR,CLUSTER & CITI HEAD..

The company is open to innovation . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus points is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here & there is on job training for fresher .

Less staffing...late salary after 20th on next month. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12 hours without a break. Growth is slow.

Working here is so much existing, learning & growth path is very clear for everyone who wana grow... Our Directors are very passionate & caring about the employees

...econdly they make fool out of people customer, staffs, investors and suppliers They don't pay supplier owner ask to change supplier if credit goes high

... to the customer. Too much politics and drama, no on the job meal for staff. Poor salary to workload ratio.
