...ronment is very good. One employee can learn many things from this organisation. Salary structure of this organisation is also very attractive. Individuals can grab a good package if they have potential. I found myself very happy joining this organisation.

...c towards ground level employees who are working at the store for 10-12+ hours . Sales incentive is the biggest scam , they will not give your bonus for more than 6months ,. Incentive and Travel reimbursement are just another scam in which you will be told to do the payment and you will get it in next month,trust me you won't be getting your expenses for 6-8 months, Store members are not getting even 3 leaves in month which is their right and promotion hahahha, what should I say you won't be getting promoted here and even if you get you won't be getting any hike. Doesn't matter you are in which department you will be told to sell momos Most of the national leaders don't have much experience they were just team members at one time and now they are ops leader so you won't be learning anything from them also

.... Lower grade employees are helpfull. Celebration of secret Santa and birthdays. No delay in salary.

They does not value people. Misbehaving, physical torture sometimes. Use of slangs. You will be Mentally exhausted. No work life balance. Nothing fixed changing decisions. They even charge for office parking. Wasting companies money. All big names are looting Mr. Sagar

Work Life Balance: Being a start up they put enormous pressure to their employees thus almost 10-11 hours work per day is very common for all the roles other than HR(Most Unproductive) Salary & Benefits : Worse for most of the employees , however there are some privileged and underqualified ( Leg buttering) employees have huge salaries for which no reason found Promotions & Appraisal: Everyone can laugh on this topic whoever ever worked for this organization.Appraisal is done only when you get a better opportunity, fake promises are very common even from the top most managment Job security: Only if you work for 11-12 hours like an animal Skill Development & Training : Only skill you can develop here is how to butter someone and can develop some political skill . Work Satisfaction : Dont know if any can satisfy in the work if they do the same work per day, as there are no change in job role even after working better or worrse Company Culture: Though the directors are very energetic ang young they did not hire anyone having experiance and knowledge of the management , simply some first time managers became senior managers and creating the employees lives hell.

When I got hired they told me a salary and after receiving the offer letter I got a different amount of salary. 1.4 years still they didn't give me a single salary raise. In this company if you Li*k then you'll be able to get promotion. By working hard you'll never get promotion. If you're a girl then its OK. Management is gutter. No bonus .less incentive coming after 9-10 month. No bonus ,they have leave policy but within this time preod (1year4month) they couldn't give a a single leave. Only show off. Operation manager (Mr soumen goswami abuses girls boys in meet call .pressuring staffs to change the outlet otherwise leave the work . Management, traning department only focus on girls . Miss sampa who doesn't know how to write or read English properly became traning supervisor. Nepotism company only hiring with good salary within their family. Most of them in upper management doesn't even know English and they are getting 25+ salary and here are we doesn't get any recognition with HM degree. If ur good in Licking and really like to abuse this company is for you!. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Store level managers doesn't know how to behave . And one thing is common in this company it's "lies" . From HR to OM CM TO Traning department everybody lies . "TRUTH" this company doesn't know this word. They don't give offer letter at the same day of joining because they will scam you eventually just like me.
