This company's staff should be in politics..They will hire you in a post & give you another work.. when I joined they said you are a manager.. you only have to do closing and manage your store & staff. But they force to do all the work including housekeeping.. and the company never stand for there staff.. even they will not give you the clearance when you resign from job.. & finally the hr department.. it's the worst of all...you will be a good staff here if you became chamcha of HR,CLUSTER & CITI HEAD..

The company is open to innovation . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus points is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here & there is on job training for fresher .

Dislikes

Less staffing...late salary after 20th on next month. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12 hours without a break. Growth is slow.

...ronment is very good. One employee can learn many things from this organisation. Salary structure of this organisation is also very attractive. Individuals can grab a good package if they have potential. I found myself very happy joining this organisation.

...c towards ground level employees who are working at the store for 10-12+ hours . Sales incentive is the biggest scam , they will not give your bonus for more than 6months ,. Incentive and Travel reimbursement are just another scam in which you will be told to do the payment and you will get it in next month,trust me you won't be getting your expenses for 6-8 months, Store members are not getting even 3 leaves in month which is their right and promotion hahahha, what should I say you won't be getting promoted here and even if you get you won't be getting any hike. Doesn't matter you are in which department you will be told to sell momos Most of the national leaders don't have much experience they were just team members at one time and now they are ops leader so you won't be learning anything from them also
