I have been with this construction company over an year now, and it has been a fulfilling experience , the work culture is collaborative and the terms are always wiling to help each other. There is a strong focus on innovation, with regular brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas to the table. The only i am not giving five star is that sometimes the workload can be overwhelming, but overall, it's a great place to grow professionally.
