I have seen a healthy work culture, team has been very supportive and work life balance is a priority for the team. Have learned a lot in client facing roles with challenges and growth. From lavish annual offsites to team celebrations and breaks, I enjoyed the team's culture.

Due to client facing role in the US , I had to stretch at times which was a little overwhelming at times.

Benefits and majority of policies arent ther including basic things such as bank account provision for loans and healthcare and such

Good culture, policies are underway for implementation. Management is hands on and productivity rates are high.

Dislikes

Benefit system is not in place right now and the maturity level of the company is rising. Once processes are established and the company reaches a mature stage in terms of process and organisation within certain teams it is definitely a great company.

It's a great company to be, in terms of support and work opportunities. Employees are professional and helpful. There is healthy exchange of ideas and no unnecessary office politics.

Overall I like my experience here. More work can be done in terms of employee benefits.
