No one support, after hiring HR ll not interact and wnt ask about what we facing and if we informed HR ll say you have to discuss with manager. Managers ll ask only numbers they wnt lisen what we facing difficulties in applications and will not resolve faster. So in that case difficult to handle partners. Very low hike. Higher manager wnt bother if employee put resignation. No proper work time.

Dislikes

There is no work timings, higher manager always giving pressure and targeting employee, no one listens about employees queries, from HR to higher managers working culture is worst. HR will no bothered about employees problems. Still I am not recived my appraisal letter hard copy.
