The Higher management does not have the experience needed to run the company, they are constantly in confused state of mind, so unable to take proper decision, so the company is suffering from all the sides, the work culture is very poor, The staff has no moral at work,

Distribution of responsibility other than power centres is not equal. If you can manage/overcome these kind of work politics you will enjoy

Good benefits for employees like, office canteen, gym, mediclaim for whole family. Also good office location (opposite csmt station)

No career growth & job security. Expectations is huge & yearly increment is not even 5%

Terrible. Not even got approval for my pf. Its been 7 month. And not getting experience letter.. Survived under mental torture.

Ceo was not polite, they used to behave terribly. Had to cry a lot because of their worst behavior.

Everything. The whole organisation is working on the mood swings of the boss. Literally. People don’t get respect. 3 - 4 years old employees get fired on the spot depending on the mood of the boss.
