Disparity in salary among peers at same exp. Skills level.
Eg. 4 yrs old employee get an X amount.
While a new joinee esp. Job hopper gets.. X + 1/2X amount..also being with less experience.
Just to be in ofc and work as per manager without skills n vision

Company will cut your variable pay by saying growth is not as per expected but say in media that we have got better growth and profit that last quarter.
Manager don't have courage to ask HR about what's wrong with pay and any information for employee. They don't even want to.
Dosen't do market correction salary wise. Lots of politics is played. Managers are not fair.
They give preference to old people who dont have knowledge and very cunning. Lots of micromanagement is done here. Think wisely when you join over here. If you have another offer go for that.
