If there is an option of below one star I would give that option for this company!!. “If you want to be a slave then join this company”. Yes you heard right, as per my experience this is only compliment I would like to give. If you don’t worry about ur job security and ur salary, compensation and incentives on time then join this company. If you know how to make ur BOSS happy then join this company. If you love to destroy your mental peace and enjoy being pressured then join this company. Another good thing is name only. I had worked(bare ) around 8-9 moths. I was in Business immigration division where I have to sell verious investment program to business owners. My experience was the worst and toxic, I had never been experienced the horrible environment, process and people what I have experienced here. You can’t apply or use ur idea or thoughts. Just follow the boss culture was here. Guys request you to please be aware. And without reviews don’t make ur decision.

You will be getting warning mail if you don’t achieve ur targets even from your first month. Ur salary, compensation and incentives will be dependent on ur targets if u not achieved ur targets, it will dream to have ur salary and compensation. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion. Even if u have done ur targets but u missed any month you will be under non performers or in PIP process. Hell lot of pressure on u and daily follow on ur targets which will destroy ur mental health.
