...e was little regard for employees' personal time, and work timings were erratic. Favoritism in Salary Increments: Raises and promotions were often based on favoritism rather than performance or merit. Lack of Professionalism: Several individuals in managerial positions lacked basic knowledge of the English language and the ability to comprehend or respond to professional emails effectively. Unfair Promotions: Unqualified individuals were promoted based on personal relationships or flattery rather than competency. Uneducated Staffs - Paying very less salary just enough to get job done no quality. These issues reflect poorly on the management team, despite the owner's genuine efforts and goodwill. I hope these challenges are addressed for the betterment of the organization and its dedicated employees.
