Work environment , culture & company are good,appraisals and salary hike good but this is emplement only some salected employees.

Lot of politics in office,career growth is very slow,salary increment timely not done, management behavior not professional.

There is nothing in the company that we can say is good.

Getting salary late, the behavior of everyone from the lower to the higher level of the company is not good, emails or phone calls made for important work are not answered, even if we talk, the way of talking is not good.

I completed three years but did not get a promotion. My salary has not increased in these years. Or am I getting some new opportunity?

That's basically its contract based job. There is no career growth. I agree salry is good but job security is not unable here.

We are not unable to get are salry on time or they are not responding time to time. Its a dislike about this company.

I actually works with Vodafone and the experience is very nice but they have put us on Nokia and the experience is not too good as yet.

No the situation is like that overall all the telecom companies r doing the same due to the present situation in the market.
