World Buddha Foundation is a educational organisation a chain of schools and college running in this organisation.Here I have working in accounts department and the people who working with me is very helpful .I am getting well experience here for working.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and the work pressure is average I handle the accounts of 3 schools with manual as well as on computer and Tally software but some time other school work given to me. I have also given to work for creditors bills handle the creditors talk to me by telephonic what time my dues is clear some time he come to my desk and angry with me.This is very painful for me.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
