I work for multiple clients. So no fixed work culture . Only working from home has started. Diverse projects give lot of exposure. lot of time to learn and grow. Work life balance is also good.

It is quite satisfying always to speak to and train youngsters. Especially when I train at colleges, I feel it much exciting. Most of the institutions must understand the importance of soft skills in a much better perspective.

I was working in Asian freelancing as a data entry Operator, ms word,etc. while working on it I got some of the knowledge about it, and my type skills also improved,if you want to do some of the work make sure that it is company is true or not ,. it may take time to understand but when you know about the short keys it will be easier then you were thinking.
