Sales pressure , want to do calling from store to customer like call centre ,forcely they say to dispense other product to customer which is not good , Day by day pharmacist profession is becoming worst because off this organisation. We are getting less payment

Not like other pharmacy , even cleaning is done by pharmacist, cleaning,draw cleaning,day by day pharmacist profession is going down in all parameters,and not getting enough pay to stay

...dom reasons/without proper explanations. You might have to work on weekends too. All the facilities, compensation, luxuries are concentrated to HODs and Management.

I will a pharmacist then also the salary will be very less as compary to ssa I have to work from 12to14 hour the company never give the ot also there are so much miss understanding of doing the work one staff doing do any work the anthor staff will can't help it but there are sitt and see everything but they can't help they person.compensatiin is decent but growth is slow

...ct with employees and only consider what manager has to say about the employees. manager point of view is considered when it comes to employees performance and during PMS the salary hike is maximum 3000 rs. they want you to forget about your family and just work like there is no tomorrow. manager asks to STRECH every now and then and say everything is URGENT and to be prioritised. they will make you feel like you are the worst performer even after putting all your efforts. Manager's personal grudges can effect your career.
