No departmental policies are in place.Career growth is uncertain in terms of compensation or otherwise.Company is growing in terms of sales but in an unplanned manner.Also no on job training is provided especially to employees located at corporate office.Working hours are erratic sometimes running up to 15-16 hrs a day.Attrition rate is high.Intervention in by senior management in even smallest of task is high.Job security is uncertain.A lot needs to be done to bring the organisation on track.

Sales pressure , want to do calling from store to customer like call centre ,forcely they say to dispense other product to customer which is not good , Day by day pharmacist profession is becoming worst because off this organisation. We are getting less payment

Not like other pharmacy , even cleaning is done by pharmacist, cleaning,draw cleaning,day by day pharmacist profession is going down in all parameters,and not getting enough pay to stay

...ct with employees and only consider what manager has to say about the employees. manager point of view is considered when it comes to employees performance and during PMS the salary hike is maximum 3000 rs. they want you to forget about your family and just work like there is no tomorrow. manager asks to STRECH every now and then and say everything is URGENT and to be prioritised. they will make you feel like you are the worst performer even after putting all your efforts. Manager's personal grudges can effect your career.

...een saidane was targeted to me and any without information of Expance or kharch. Worked for a year charge removed for reason but didn't think of my family another I will get salary after 90 days what should Not given any information of POSH Rules but not given the day I had a week off On the day of I was called to the office and . My family was not considered even once. If you were there, what would you thought? Think about it, where I have placed a license, I did not like this . On the contrary, i managed the shop alone when there was no staff. Why did i do this with me?
