Sales pressure , want to do calling from store to customer like call centre ,forcely they say to dispense other product to customer which is not good , Day by day pharmacist profession is becoming worst because off this organisation. We are getting less payment

...ct with employees and only consider what manager has to say about the employees. manager point of view is considered when it comes to employees performance and during PMS the salary hike is maximum 3000 rs. they want you to forget about your family and just work like there is no tomorrow. manager asks to STRECH every now and then and say everything is URGENT and to be prioritised. they will make you feel like you are the worst performer even after putting all your efforts. Manager's personal grudges can effect your career.

My family was not considered even once. If you were there, what would you thought? Think about it, where I have placed a license, I did not like this . On the contrary, i managed the shop alone when there was no staff. Why did i do this with me?
