The worst work environment. No job security. No appraisal and promotion. Nothing is good in this organisation to state here

The workplace environment is toxic and the management is highly inefficient. They keep changing the policies every minute as per their benefit and then start blaming the employee for not following the rules. There is no work-life balance since the management asks you to work for 12 hours a day and does not give incentives or pay salary on time. There is no appreciation for hard work in this company and it is also not a legit company. Does not follow the labour laws of working hours and wages.

Word Wizards Global is very supportive towards their employees. The work culture is very friendly and the mentors are very helpful. They try their level best to support every employee. It is a good place to start your career from.

There is no workplace politics. Team mates are very cooperative and helpful.

No work life balance in the company. They ask you to work extra 3/4 hours everyday without any incentive. Less scope for developing skills as team leaders don't give training.
