As you all know it's a reputed and growing coy,so I feel proud working in this organisation,as far as I know the working environment and culture out here is amazing.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is descent but career growth is low.

No Job Security, Salary delayed, you will get salary after 2-3 months.HR culture is very bad. HR is running whole company but this is applicable for Noida location only. No HR policy. You will be fired overnight and there would be no entry for you on the gate, security will stop you entering the factory, which is very humiliating. They will not clear your full and final at the time of firing. There is no increment/appraisal system even if you get it, it will be paid in cash and any point of time they will withdraw your appraisal amount saying that company is not doing good so management has decided to not paying you the incremental amount. Very bad mental state because you will always be on the radar of HR if you not very cordial with them they will pick you on the top list of firing. I have never seen such HR guided factory in my 20 years of carrer.

Woodland is Big Brand in Footwear Sector. If somebody ask me in Which Company you are working than I told him, I am working in woodland. Then he said wah woodland is big brand.

Delay in salary disbursement.

...ft a day,No incentives,less salary,management doesn't care about there employes.Does not even provide offer letter!There is no fix time for salary date!As per my experience I advise not to join this company!There are people who are working in Woodland more than a decade all guys are lazy from store to head office management!Even the products I was selling in Woodland were 6 year old manufacturing date and this is not right for the customers!

Nothing to like but you won't get fire because company needs employee (here, no one wants to work for long term)

...anagement and some of the salesman too don't want to work except senior manager.and also you won't get your salary on time probably you will get it after minimum 1.5 months or even more...
