It can easily top the list of worst companies in India. They don't pay people on time, whether they are employees or vendors. Top management pretends they are always under financial problems and behavior towards the employees is pathetic. Even as a fresher, one should avoid joining such organization, as there is absolute nothing to learn and moreover they don't pay salary for around two months. During my 2 years journey, I have not seen anyone getting their F&F.

There is no documentation and we are not received on time salary,without materials and without manpower we want do the work there. There is no development for me.. My existing company to woodcraft.... Hr rules is different and on one is answering to your call...

Such worst method of working and there is on planning head of management.

...ofessionalism and no systematic procedure. 1.More than 12 hrs work culture. 2. Salary is very delay above 20th of every month 3. Ground level work will be there 4. No Sunday or any government leave 5. Lunch time also forcefully they will asked to do tasks 6. No break time 7. You have to be slave. Worst experience in Chennai Location.

...of the work & main focus to our team 1st priority to HK work in HSE will follow. And salary increment not on Time approximately 2 years. we are getting delayed Salary. No site team support to us.

I'm not satisfied to work in this company. No weekly off Sunday also working.And no time limit for our work. Morning coming 8:30-9:00AM - Evening going no time fixed 9:00Pm or 12:00AM. If we are working night work again next day 2:00 PM coming. So work routine not good & no work plan regarding to Employees Health and Safety.

There is nothing in this company to like. Terrible company, terrible management and some terrible people works there. If i have opportunity to give ratings in negative, i would have given that also.

Everything. Doesn't give salary on time. Which company gives salary on 15-17th of the month. People at site , some called as senior project managers are illiterate with experience doesn't let a fresher to Excel. If you are Fresher, just don't get into the trap and if you think website is awesome then you are already fallen into the trap.
