...RS. They didn't even tried to understand or support us through lockdown period. Salary which they gave me during lockdown ,they are asking me to pay it bay if you want your experience certificate.

Dislikes

In every company there is politics and Wonder Cars is one of prime example in pune. Management is only there to blame us (technician). Some SUPERVISORS and ADVISER think they own us (technician). Even though they have zero knowledge they act like KING. LAST but not least supervisor have zero knowledge about what customer wants doesn't even tries to to see what's written in Job Card or what customer demand or vehicles need.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Working at junior level is good , timely salary and incentive , poor appraisal but good incentives to sales team....no learning at senior level no new innovation, work -life balance is ok

Dislikes

Management is not open to even senior level.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and supervisor and awm are very friendly. All floor staff are supportive.

Dislikes

Career growth is okay but salary is not decent. Before the joining must have complete the training.

I got opportunity to show my ability & my skill,awesome expanded as every day having a different Challenge which making me more responsible & reliable.

Dislikes

I did not get more exposure to show my managerial skills.
