I like some good things in this company that I observed. 1. This company gives chance for fresher and treat equally. 2. As per current market conditions they offer little good salary for freshers as compare to other reputed industry in waste water treatment sector. 3. They do not count number of years of experience and hence less years of experience people also can work at higher position. Therefore in some years, people can work for managerial position also. 4. HR is much cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

I dislike because of some senior position people. They are sycophant and only match yes in yes. They consider himself/herself that he/she is all in all and company owner. They do not make aware of real situation/ fault of the project and try to show good on email or records. I think half energy they waste to blame others and keep him/herself safe by showing emails, message, documents etc. I mean there is less real work and more useless emails, message. Some try to save only money as it can be without caring of employ conditions, site condition and quality of project work to make good impression in front of company owner. As a result it has loss and unsucessful of project and finally have to pay much more money than they try to save earlier. In one line, they work for current impreesion and salary only. They do not have aim to take company ahead.
