There is only one head of two department, This is the biggest problem of this company. One department not related to him, then why did he becomes the head of this department? In this company HOD does not know anything about his department, yet he keep harassing his juniors.

This Company previously was a joint venture between Motherson Ltd and woco .Those were the golden days for the company as well as for employs. After 2014 when the joint venture was broken ,This company turned into a disaster , when new plant head who belongs from a non practical background joined .He is sinking this company like titanic. work culture is so bad . Blame game is playing in the hole company. Present HOD's from different departments are under educated ( 10th with diploma ) and with low experience but pretty much skilled in politics and very much close to plant head. Company policies are no more existing .They can fire anyone at anytime without any reason. My advice is never ever join this company for the sake of your good future.
