Poor expense structure and salary structure, No expense and salary given on time , 3 to 4 months to get expenses even after spending upto 70k. No job security with unskilled Senior heirarchy and medical team with poorest knowledge and communication skills.

...culture and environment. Seniors are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

As a trainee no job security and salary increament chances after asking to manager he says " You are joining on 6 month contract but it's your 8th month we didn't kick you out from work and don't ask que like this just do your everyday work " that's how he replied
