... our salaries. There is huge delay in salaries right from start of the job here. A month salary is paid to us in the next month end which is very terrible experience. Few months they pay us very very late say like for 3months. They had cut lot of tax for me filing wrong tax sheet.

As a trainee no job security and salary increament chances after asking to manager he says " You are joining on 6 month contract but it's your 8th month we didn't kick you out from work and don't ask que like this just do your everyday work " that's how he replied

Work life balance is ok. Peoples are very supportive.

...g to end soon and increments may be skipped like happened before in year 2021. In Nov and Dec 2022, they terminated many employees from waluj based OSD plant without any compensation. The peoples who left the organization in last 1 to 3 years are still awaiting for their full n final clearance.

No Increments from last 3 years, There was no experience wise, post and salary structure. Manager work in shift and apprentice people signed for checked by (fresher) to manager. Its terrible experience in wockhardt.

Insecurity, Full and final settlement will take almost year. Senior management team having CTC range is more than 3 crore but still laid off from below 20 lakh salary. No policy for laid off of employees and no recruitment or placement provided
