...ler while joining they show us that we do this we do that we give this facility.but after joining they literally harras and pressurised what is in their decision, due to castisim they not even give leave on required or emergency leave they deduct salary without any intimation.not have proper kit for initial pandemic time.after sending mail they do not reverted nor receiving calls.there is nothing professional ethics.for one month they kept me saying that we not required you,when we will we will let you know,I waited for month and then told to do my FNF/ settlement.hence no response this is what they are harrrasing me since last three years. They deducted three days salary in 2019 for past three months back dated salary saying that as per your manager we have deducted and no clearification or mail received from management as well.when asked via mail no revert was there. In pandemic covid 19 they played diplomacy with me at this crucial stage.where every one is not financially sound and to live without is very difficult. one of my colleague not came 10 days prior to me in pandemic. She was told to resume her duty because she is from same religion and caste.that,s they have done castisim with me not now but from I was there in 2017. And for me the same scenario was there.but they didn't replied me nor doing my settlement. So please do not join this company otherwise you will spoil your own career by your wrong decision.

Ultimately, while I value the technical experience I gained, these factors made me feel undervalued and unrecognized for my contributions. That’s why I decided to move on.

Merit-based growth did not seem to be a priority, leading to concerns about fairness in career advancement. Additionally, long-term job security felt uncertain due to the organization’s approach to promotions and evaluations. Designation & Promotion Concerns - I joined as a Senior Laboratory Technician in 2014. However, after 2.5 years, I was reassigned to Lab Technician while a colleague who joined two years after me was promoted to my previous post. This felt unfair and demotivating. - In 2023-2024, during the increment cycle, I was given back my Senior Laboratory Technician post, framed as a promotion though it was simply a reversal of my previous demotion. - Despite company policy stating promotions should occur every three years, I did not receive a single genuine promotion throughout my ten-year tenure. ...lete 9 years since I joined but still I am very sad that no post has been given. Colleagues who joined with me and after me are getting promotion and getting good salary, I am still with them and my salary has not increased.

Working as a Support Technician in Wockhardt Super Specialist Hospital Since 15th Sep 2020. Daily Monitoring/Checked out all floors, Ac's, Pannels, DG testing, Transformer reading, Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) and Making monthly file and report also. At the time of 1.5cr AC project that time I was design,construct and provide single phase AC supply particular each and every Ac's ( Split and Cassette) for Three floors. Also Fixed Three Bus bar (3- phase) and there wiring. This task is big achievements for me and also improve my skill and knowledge.
