I had been worked in this organisation as medical officer... Every thing is good in this organisation but salary not credited on time...but over all helpful for everyone.

...ur earned money no one want to work here after once , you have to work hard for 2,3 month than wait for salary and no one knows when you going get it , last but not least I would like to say don't join man just sell tea if you are jobless where you at least at some pocket money , here is not guarantee of your hardwork money

Nothing is good , no security of salary you will get salary after 3 months of works that's not sure ,

The persons who does't know what type of job a Medical Officer does or has to do act as superiors. With out giving proper reasons and notice they say you have not mend the ways and send termination notice.Work culture is terrible.Generic Medicines sent on M.R.P saving around 70% is not misappropriation.

Dislikes

Compensation good.No recognition for sincere workers.Deduction of salary amount with out giving reasons. But patients used to appreciate. That was the major satisfaction.

Salary, they don't pay the salaries for 3-4 Months at a time, they won't talk about it either. No communication, there is no one responsible in the entire line up with whom we can effectively communicate, raise queries or answer to any of our questions.

There is no job security in this organization,every month delayed salary,even2,3month salary hold,poor HR policies and poor Head office management,HR are always in not responding mode,irregular PF submission,No salary hike,no appraisals,no bonus,Management always show excuse at the time of salary hike increament.
