Salary problem Poor management Worst area manager (hitendra Chauhan) WF hire uneducated and unprofessional staff.. truck driver working as a SPO Corrupt staff . Sell medicine outside.. Literature they misuse donors money ..and running organisation..

I had been worked in this organisation as medical officer... Every thing is good in this organisation but salary not credited on time...but over all helpful for everyone.

Salary, they don't pay the salaries for 3-4 Months at a time, they won't talk about it either. No communication, there is no one responsible in the entire line up with whom we can effectively communicate, raise queries or answer to any of our questions.

...ronment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but careers growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees

The persons who does't know what type of job a Medical Officer does or has to do act as superiors. With out giving proper reasons and notice they say you have not mend the ways and send termination notice.Work culture is terrible.Generic Medicines sent on M.R.P saving around 70% is not misappropriation.

Compensation good.No recognition for sincere workers.Deduction of salary amount with out giving reasons. But patients used to appreciate. That was the major satisfaction.
