It is startup organisation and which means you build everything from ground zero. The pleasure of building the company from zero is not what multinational can give you. I am Indian and proud that we are building a global company from India .

Toxic culture and loads of internal politics. No technical senior interested in working, getting hands dirty with code as there is again lot of poor written, no managed code. Radom directions taken for product, frequent last minute changes, and micromanagment by managers and leads

Good for people who are starting their career. It's a young team where you can share your ideas and learn new things if you are willing to acquire knowledge bcos nobody has the time to train you.

No support from top management in terms of acquisition and retention of customers

Great start up company. Visionary leadership team - co-founders Mr. Ramkumar Ramachandran and Mr.Ramkumar Govindarajan are true leaders. They way the conduct the business and work ethic is commendable. Both the founders are great communicators.
