...t. Teachers are not at all respected. They are scolded in front of the students. They take the security deposit from the teachers and don't pay back. Teachers have to submit their original certificates at the ti.e of joining. Hardly salary increment Teachers get over here. Principal has ran away. Management is very merciless to employees. They give only one Saturday off. Payment wise the school is worst.

no likes..feels like a 5 star hotel from outside.. i guess that is how many employees are trapped into working here. As soon as you are employed your suffering will start. you will wish you hadnt joined. May be it is a good choice for students due to the facilities on offer but not for employees

Many..dont know where to start.. 2 salaries will be cut from your pay as security deposit (10% of your pay every month) which they dont give back to most employees. That too after leaving job you have to follow up for anywhere between 6 to 12 months to HR --practically beg them to process the same. 2 documents they demand like ssc passing certificate or something like that so that they can have an extra hold over you.. you have to leave in february with 2 months notice else bye bye security deposit. no fix working hours. HRs all arrogant and rude. Work atmosphere is passing the ball and playing the blame game type of thing. No job satisfaction. My advice -- dont join its not worth the headache, tension and sleepless nights.

The organisation offers supportive work culture. Colleagues were helpful.

Dislikes

Work flow has to be improved. Planning and Communication have to improvised. Most important of all- salary has to be at par with the industry average and not way below it.

The Principal insults the teachers infront of the students. The management don't give salary. 10% deduction every month as security deposit which is never returned. No holidays. 6 days working plus on Sundays also they keep sending messages. Bad environment and absolutely bad place to work

...se work culture. 2 Delayed wages 3. Lack of PF or any additional benefits. 4. Deductions from Salary which can be claimed only at the time of leaving the place. 5.Ill mouthed, abusive and insulting superiors.
