Pay is good and you will be appreciated when they have projects for you to work on.

Dislikes

Micro-management from US managers. They don't like you to see growing against them. They don't like your promotion. If there are no much projects, they will put you on PIP and torture you untill you leave by yourself. Worst for IT people. Join@your risk.

Office politics Favoratism No job security No actions are taken if there occurs an issue Majority of the people doesn’t even know the work just because of buttering, they are still working there. A lady Sr manager was so arrogant and no kind of help from her and also such a biased person 365 days season need to show 10 hrs a day No proper management of concerns or issues Worst ever

Dislikes

Job security is not there. They will give you just 15 days before termination. Work culture is very bad. Overall not a good place to work.
