Due to management problem people are leaving company remaining salary increment not good due to this management only . Rules and regulations for some particular designation people. Wistron salary dates and remaining facilities are good . Company is super but present management is too much torturing. Particular department are good but some department people are too bad they are supporting their relatives. Increment, respect they will give according to their relationship. This is my personal experience from my department where I worked.
