there is a more travelling and shift based work is difficult for girls salary is not sufficient and carrier growth is slow

Only facility in this company is food and cab otherwise nothing

No growth, no increment if they increased our salary is not more than 200 or 300 No skill development, no one let us to learn anything, lot of restrictions even in our break timings sometimes not allow to go for our break, partiality, not ready to pay for our efforts only influence can do anything, totally waste of time

In wistron I am working In Adecco contract only from last 3 years for same salary. I asked contract HR so many times for conversion of CDL to ODL but no one reapons properly there is no growth for me in this company.
