There is no much work pressure and can manage the work easily

First of all there is no proper HR policy in the company... If an employee is hired from outside they will pay more salary but the same skilled employee who is working in same organization is not supported properly. This is the company where a Engineer position candidate who is hired from outside is having salary more than a Sr engineer and the Sr engineer who is working in same company for longer has salary that of Engineer. The company is located in Karnataka but the local people is very less in higher position but if you are candidate from TN you are getting more hike and promotion. The HR policy differs for Karnataka people and TN people Very worst culture and no proper support for young employees

...ne parsenal leave taken,as well as expect annual leave..no one paid leave given.but I confidently work for Wistron,but not increment salary.two years same salary we are graduates thiwan manegement is good but Indian manegement not that much.covid..19 supported good thiwan people.
