Super senior staff is very good in nature and knowledge. i have learnt a lot from Business Head about how to grow business and all other things.

Dislikes

Employee can’t get benefits according to their work. Extra hours stretch but no extra money according to their salary. politics is too much. favourism is too much. if front of favouritism performer will not get benefit. Manager always wants to make their money . They don’t care if emp doing their 200% in the company if they will not get their benefit then emp extra work is ntng to them.

Wishfin was not payed good employees salary he told if you are need experience later you pay amount

Infection my salary not payed Anita Negi very bad hr for card process she was charged for employees for experience latter

Boses who are continuously guiding you to achieve greater goals. Good work life balance here,the company understands your problems and always there to assist you You are never criticised for anything wrong that you have done and rather you are corrected and encouraged to do it right

I would not call it a dislike but something that can improve is the benefits along with salary like Health Insurance Scheme for family dependents

...or me is the work-life balance. The staff is nice and the seniors are courteous. Furthermore, the salary is paid on time. Every day there is something new to learn here.
