No salary hike, management is not that good, hire on contractual basic then don't permanent on their promises time, increment & promotion isn't there like other companies.

I am naturally happy about all the seniors behaviour gartitute but the situation is the salary they are given is too low for me and i can't afford my family if continue over here but the enviornment and workplace is definetly good a new comer can get experience from here

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There have less work to get experience and salary scale very poor and also office culture is not satisfactory. But as a fresher there have chance to learn.

There is nothing can be like! The HR head is an uncivilized, rude, liar, unlearned women. I know I am talking about a women but she deserve many more than I wrote here. Yes we have a standard but she don't. If you don't believe please check the other reviews posted by the EX- HR persons.

The person sitting in HR head position is having only one principal in her life...how to ruin someone career!! Friends thik atleast 10 times before joining...
