Compensation and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high every time. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client clients call in the the evening and some time late into the night. Management do not value an individual unique strength. Also there is no job security and lost my job in pandmic situation Covid-19.
