Good work environment and culture. The wti have 6 branchs in india ,Chennai branch is the best Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is very difficult and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 5 years. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

No job security, they will fire you without any policies, they will deduct your salary without even notifying you, there are no company policies, sales manager can work as HR manager and Graphics designer can work in accounts. IT person is asked to do billing and admin work. No work hours and no ethics.

...hours. Salaries get halved without permission (pardon, without even any notice). They can fire you without giving your last salary. 6 days working and sometimes can ask you to submit projects on Sundays. Most important thing is that you have to clean your working area yourself. One of the most unusual and unique feature is that you can be demoted but cant be promoted because 70 % of the staff is family members.

The salary dates changes in every month and one have to wait 20-25 days to get his/ her salary slips for the paid month. The organisation are in car rental business and man power supplying chain for the clients with having globally recognise clients and providing poor technology which has been highlighted several time to their tech team & Sr. Management but always failed to resolve the issue raised. If any team mate find any glittten regarding salary, teamroster o working on public holidays, leaves and for same communicate with HR team were respond doesn't get as per expections or asked to share HR policies they are not shared or disclosed with their employees. As per the commitment made in the interviews while hiring someone they are vanished once joined in the WTI organisation.

The work pressure is very high every day from the first day of my joining i use to work extra even after shift gets over. Even after working for 1-2 years team mates had not received their appraisals and no tranning process for new joining employees from the first day he/she has to give results which is not possible as their are so many areas to understand for the new joinner in a new organisation which has to deliver as per clients SLA. Once noticed the overall situation I've to make the decision for my better career and decided to quit WTI organisation in a short notice.

One of the worst management and organisation in the car rental companies Mr.Anuj saini Accounts manager one of worst employee in this organisation which is handling all the Hr's and all the descisions. If there is some abusive language so please apply on it . He doesn't know how to talk the employees.. salary increment less they thik the employees are fool if they raised voice against the rule.

No promotion. No appraisals. Toxic and dumb people in HR dep. Full politics. Never apply. Travel company but the funny part no transportation for employees also they have night shift. If you are working there then you are on the wrong place.
