The only thing i like is they will ask you to do different cources and saty updated with knowledge.

... employees on which they will focus more. 2. They dont value your MBA degree. 3. Some of the BBA graduates have more salary than MBA. 4. There is no salary distinguish between graduates and post graduates. 5. They will tell your CTC = 5.5 Lpa but in hand is only 21,000 and yes some of the BBA graduate fresher employee may have higher salary than yours. 6. Your Almost 2 lacs of your bonus will given to you after you complete 2 years with this company. 7. All MBA graduates please do not come to this company. 8. My college already know the condition of this org. but still told us it is best for us. 9. Salary breakout was not given during interview.

...im your personal life and after you leave the company they give very bad review. No salary hike, incentive they are never going to give you the incentive for incentive you have to sell the insurance. Nothing is good there.

Everything is to dislike.

...oing to this company. They are insurance agents selling only insurance product. Only 3-4 people are running the company, dont go to this company they will keep your salary on hold, and then terminate. Narrow mindset, TL Tripti will ask for self resignation and warn that if employee don’t do they will terminate. My salary is still on hold, they will not give you full offer letter, after joining they will ask to sign so that employee can’t go. All good reviews are given by them only. They don’t care about their clients also. Just sell insurance products through which they get 40% commission.
