Poor company it's just used it's employs for it's target. No-one is happy in this company.

Dislikes

...row in this company. BRE Clearance and Advance is a big issue in this company, If you tell anyone that you will resign then your salary and BRE will be holded. Puneet and Arun are very egoistic. They don't have any knowledge.

1. Low salary. 2. Plant visiting expense could be greater than your salary. 3. There is a man in him whom no one likes, that man keeps shouting at everyone, talks to everyone in a dirty way.

Freshers given a chance. Give focus on training to candidates. Give opportunity based on merit. Flexible with leave & working hours. Diversify knowledge to different engineering verticals. Offer Pan-India working exposure. Open for new ideas. A good stepping stone for beginners.

Does not communicate many policy related things like leave, insurance etc. Does not have a separate HR, Admin, Internal manager so many initiatives, work remain on hold. Problem with prioritizing projects, work etc.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
