Very low salary and benefits for employees. Especially WILP students are given stipend which was same 5-6 years ago and not affordable with the current economy.

Job security and work culture is good.

Low salary, less hike, no interaction with your L2 manager who actually decided your hike and gole. Any time your sitting will change from office to customer location.

... supportive. Most of the people around were nice. Job security was always there. Obviously salary was on time. Minimal politics. Was free to innovate in exchange for results. Trust of Wipro brand. Arranged and participated in various cultural activities, outings and celebrations.

...echnology. Work pressure was occasionally very high as I was on client location. Appreciation's were nowhere visible in salary increments.

There is no job security as Wipro have not placed us in any new job or profile and no salary credited it is difficult to survive without salary in such pendamic situation

Good Pay,Good Learning, Learn+Earn , Wipro is committed for making changes at much faster rate than many other companies, Tech Savy company and adaptation to changes in terms of Digitisation is Fast which is good

Job Security is somewhat poor especially when compare to HCL or IBM ,Hire and Fire policy is something prioritized here,Force to Work, work and work all time, Difficulty asking for leaves after working hard day and night,Work life balance is low ,life is somewhat disturbed after joining this org
