No one capable of their roles Naam bade durshan chote (talking about salary, appraisal, skills ,timings) They gave me 2 months lossofpay if I not went to office in pandemic time. This is how they treat their employees.

I like this company and also love my work. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. As a result, I get to travel. But on-site travel is completly dependent on your project and client's location. Main things that Wipro have vendor policies for a printer. With a vendor, work is very easy .

...re is very high. Sometimes I had too much night to return to the client side . All work done by Me, My team leader did not any work in project and take conveyance and salary in free. Some client like Mr. Pankaj Gupta former Shikohabad programmer have most attitude and have negative behave, While he has not any knowledge for a work. I.T. Manger and A.O. I.T. of LIC D.O. Agra also have attitude mostly I.T. Manger , His behave not support to any engineer My project manager also support to team leader. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
