During my five-year tenure at the company, I have consistently observed a strong emphasis on job security, which is a commendable aspect of the organization. While other aspects may be considered average in comparison to other service-based companies, the focus on job security stands out as a significant advantage.

I was not satisfied with Wipro management and HR. They are not bother for employees issues and compensation. Line manager gives false commitment and words to their employees which is really terrible.

...company, with lot of work and career path flexibility. Good ethics and brand. Compensation or salary hike is subjective but generally those who do not ask for don't get it.

Very poor processes. Most of the projects are badly executed and false commitments to customer is common. Hence customers are not retain for long time. Do not have strength to run large programs.

Training culture is good. Predefined path for technical progression. If you want to keep learning then plenty of opportunities.

... package as a base. Once you entered yearly hike is not up to industry standard. If you go onsite then your Indian salary revised only in lower single digit so if you come back say after 3-4 years your package would be way off from the industry standard and no one would able to rectify that. Only option is to leave the company. Also Wipro doesn't encourage you to settle at any location out of India so request for your Green card, PR, Citizenship etc. will not be entertained unless some law requires it. That's the worst part of it. E.g. In Singapore you get some benefits like lower school fees etc.. if you are PR but Wipro doesn't not approve it. Infosys, Cognizant etc on the other hand does allow their employees to go for PR.

...nure being not too long - just right so that I got to work on multiple projects. Variable pay always got above 70%. 3 days wfo in a week and on top of that get 30 days WFH exceptions in a year. So effective 114 days WFO in a year which is fine and gives flexibility . Leaves policy is good with 21 annual leaves and 5 wellness leaves in a year.Health insurance is priced reasonably.

Wipro does not provide transportation for general shift employees and some projects don't have ODCs at a particular location but still you are required to visit office and work from general ODC
